Police responded just after 9 p.m. to the 2800 block of Indiana Avenue where a victim had crashed a vehicle into a home. The alleged crime happened at 9 p.m. in the 2100 block of E. Central in Wichita. He was taken to an area hospital and died there. Guadalupe Benitez-Pizarro of New Mexico has been charged with second-degree felony murder in the killing. Officers responded to a reported shooting about 1:40 p.m. in the area of Byars Road and East 129th Street, where they found a shooting victim dead in a crashed vehicle.
